Introductory class
Description
Vedic meditation is a fundamental tool of Ayurveda. Practiced effortlessly, this meditation, which finds its origins in the Vedas. It allows the mind to transcend thoughts and the body to reach a deep level of rest. These two aspects promote the reconstruction of cellular “memory”, thus eliminating the tensions and weaknesses accumulated in our system, sources of suffering and illness. Vedic meditation revives the breath of life, also a source of unlimited energy and infinite happiness, at the origin of creation, our thoughts, and our life. It awakens consciousness. The practice of meditation is one of the healthy lifestyle rules recommended by Ayurveda.
The conference, open to all, consists of an introduction to Vedic Meditation. We see the benefits of the practice, its origin, and its mechanisms. This is the first step in the course to learn Vedic meditation.

Did you know that?
After meditation I tend to feel rested. I get along better with the people around me and I say fewer negative comments. During the day I feel more focused. If I have done my meditation, I am more concentrated during my readings. I no longer need to reread a text several times.
