Only offered to those who practice Vedic meditation:

These meditations serve to deepen the experience of the practice. During these meetings, in addition to meditation, there is the opportunity to ask questions. Everything takes place in the form of exchanges and sharing. Usually, a particular theme is presented.

    Meditation Weekends

    Only offered to those who practice Vedic meditation:

    These weekends allow you to deepen and clarify meditation experiences, in a calm and pleasant environment where you just have to let yourself be carried away by routine. In our busy lives, these are moments of breaks, which promote the experience of a very high level of rest. We then emerge relaxed, regenerated and often filled with energy. This is the ideal opportunity to learn more about states of consciousness and promote their integration into activity.

    Vedic meditation day

    Only offered to those who practice Vedic meditation:

    These days allow you to deepen meditation and support you in your practice. Group meditations accentuate the gentleness and benefits in addition to enriching the experience.

    Experiments, theories and reflections on consciousness

    Only offered to those who practice Vedic meditation:

    This course, structured in the form of meetings, aims to explore consciousness, both in its theoretical and practical aspects (experiments).

    From the infinity of Vedic knowledge certain principles emerge. These allow us to better understand and perceive the expression of consciousness in everyone’s day-to-day life.

    Using theoretical notions and practical exercises, informed by your experiences, we will examine these rules and take the time to deepen them. Short (optional) homework assignments will promote better understanding and integration of the concepts covered.

    Theoretical knowledge touches the scope of consciousness and promotes awakening experiences. This knowledge allows for better integration of experiences into daily practical life and supports the full development of each person’s potential.

    Personal verification

    (50 minutes)

    Only offered to those who practice Vedic meditation:

    Do you enjoy your meditation, you know how to meditate correctly, but sometimes you doubt? Is your current life presenting big challenges and you want to make sure you get the full benefits of your meditation? Do you want to have a tool that eliminates more tension, more quickly? Can’t you join “group meetings” to benefit from group meditation? With an overview of the important points of how to meditate, this practice check ensures gentle meditation and promotes the integration of the benefits.

      Individual meetings

      (50 minutes)

      Regular practice of Vedic meditation brings profound changes. It improves, among other things, physical and mental health and social relationships. Through the experience of the deepest level of consciousness, it also brings great inner changes. This opportunity for individual meetings allows for personalized follow-up. These meetings make it possible to validate practice and experiences. They can also touch on more spiritual aspects. A better understanding of the mechanisms of transformation of consciousness facilitates the integration of these changes into our daily lives.

      Refresher course

      Only offered to those who practice Vedic meditation:

      For those who wish to resume their regular practice and who need to review the important points. It is therefore a question of repeating the course of seven (7) meetings (like the initial course), where the individual meeting is replaced by an individual verification (30 minutes). Taking the course again allows for deeper understanding and experiences.

      7 meetings of 30 to 90 minutes

      Since meditating I feel more energetic and at the same time calmer, more at peace, more efficient and more centered. My mind is clearer. My family also finds me calmer and my doctor finds me less stressed.
