I wanted to let you know how much my life has changed since I have been meditating. It’s been 5 months now, and I am – without exaggeration – a new person. My chronic fatigue is essentially non-existent. I have more energy than I have ever had in my life, I am happier, and I am more focused not only at work, but in my personal life too – I am fully present. What is fantastic is that my stress level has diminished so much, that I am leaving work on time, not logging in at home as much as before (maybe 60% less), and I am enjoying time with my husband and family in the evenings – walking and doing activities.
I have started to get back into shape – and my body is able to do it – thanks to the meditation. This is a first for me. I think because I held so much stress tension in my muscles, exercise in the past was just another burden.. not to mention painful. Now, I am able to do everything my trainer shows me, and I love it. I am going at my own pace and customizing my routine based on what I like – most of my exercise is outside, where I can take in nature and enjoy my surroundings. I have also started to eat more fruits and vegetables, and reduce my wine intake by more than half. I feel so good, I want to yell it from the rooftops.
I just wanted you to know that the decision to contact you was the best decision I have made in my life. I believe you were meant to come into my life at this time.
