Cancellation politic:

Everybodies time is precious. So we must insist on a 48 hours notice. That way, we’ll be able to offer this time to someone else. Therefore, if you wich to cancel a reservation, you have to do so 48 hours before the appointment. In the event you cancel less then 24 hours before the appointment, the totality of the fees will be charged.
